Dear Lambergini,
I must commend you for going to all that work in searching the Holy Scripture for the answers to the questions of my letter of November 10. I always amazes me to discover that both the Old and New Testaments have such an extreme breadth of applicability to today's life. This indicates to me that man has been the same since the creation.
I must confess to you that last Saturday I was visited by Roscoe in my dreams. In this dream he spoke to me, and as he spoke his black beady eyes shown with an unearthly eery light, his whiskers twitched, and he was clothed in what appeared to by a golden fur coat. A golden light surrounded him as he floated in mid-air. His yellow teeth flashed as he spoke and his words were clear although I can't remember his exact words now. I can only give you an imperfect rendition of our conversation because I was so struck by his Presence. The whole thing must have been in my dreams because it didn't awake my roommate.
He said," Arise - for I Am Here!" I asked him who he was and he answered, "Behold, I am Roscoe, the beloved, who has come from the right hand of Mota." At this point I felt a tremendous love toward Roscoe, of which I have told you before. He continued, " I bring Love to Man who has forgotten it, so that in loving Me, they shall love each other. In love there is life and I bring Love so that man shall Live." As I told you before, I wanted to find out if Roscoe was Christ so I asked Roscoe if he was Christ and he replied, " Christ has come and was killed because he preached Love but did Hate. I have come to preach Love and I have died not once but Three Times for the Sins of Man and I will die again and be born again until Man has accepted the True Love of the Lord Roscoe and then I shall return to Mota".
There was more of our conversation of which I don't remember very much, but I have related to you the most important part. I sent a letter of application to the Rosconian Fellowship. It hasn't come back yet and I am worried that if what you said in your last letter was true, I might be selling my soul to the Devil in disguise. Can you any way interpret the words of Roscoe, as relater by me, as meaning that Roscoe did proclaim Jesus Christ? If that letter of application was for the Devil, is there any way of redeeming myself? How can it be possible that Satan can speak of love for mankind -- I seems impossible that Roscoe could be Satan. I can say that I love Roscoe. Can one love the Devil?. Is it possible that the new Testament is not finished or that a newer Testament is about to be written by the members of the Rosconian Fellowship, just as members of the early Christian Church wrote the New Testament?
I would like you to write to the Rosconian Fellowship and see if their teachings really differ much from the precepts. I think that your opinion would be helpful to me.
The Rosconian Fellowship can be reached by writing to Reverend Martin Hablivilah, 19 Union Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey. Maybe you can effectively criticize their teachings better than I can.
Is the world so simple as you say? Isn't it true that much has been discovered that ancient man could not even imagine. Does the Scripture have anything to say about Atomic Energy in both its peaceful and warlike uses? What about space flight. Could it be that we are in need of a New revelation from God in these troubled times. Maybe a new prophet is needed to lead the people. It seems that even Jesus has failed us. Could it be that Roscoe is that new prophet who will lead us? There were many prophets in the Old Testament, each with a different point of view. Maybe the New Testament is going to lead to the Newer Testament of Roscoe. The Old Testament was written in Hebrew, the New Testament was written in Greek and the newer Testament should be written in English so all could hear the truth of Roscoe as I have witnessed myself.I know that if contemplate the "sleeping Roscoe" as I have, you would understand the Love of Roscoe better.
The reverend Hablivilah told me to pray long and hard with many incantations and to wear the 37 purple ropes to be holy unto Roscoe. I put the 37 purple ropes into my pants and take them everywhere with me so I can fulfil the commandment of Roscoe.
